300 Foxes
Samson’s life is a powerful reminder to slow down, pray, and wait on the Lord.

After being betrayed, Samson allowed anger to take control. Instead of seeking God’s direction, he sought revenge. He caught 300 foxes, tied torches to their tails, and released them into the Philistines’ fields, destroying their crops and livelihood.

But revenge only led to more pain, more destruction, and more loss.

How often do we do the same? We get hurt, offended, or angry and immediately want to act. Yet God calls us to trust Him instead of taking matters into our own hands.

No matter how justified we may feel, we should never return evil for evil. Acting in the flesh creates more conflict, but waiting on the Lord leads to wisdom, peace, and obedience.

Before you react, pray.
Before you retaliate, trust God.
Before you act, seek His direction.

“Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.” Psalm 27:14
