Success, wealth, and recognition may seem valuable, but they can never compare to the worth of knowing and following Christ. Jesus reminds us that nothing this world offers is worth sacrificing our relationship with Him. True life is found not in gaining the world, but in surrendering everything to the One who gives eternal life.
What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? (Mark 8:36)
