This is a powerful reminder that God never intended for us to measure ourselves against others. Comparison, even in something like workload, can become a distraction or even a burden we were never meant to carry.
Instead, the focus is personal faithfulness. Am I doing what God has asked me to do?
Everyone has a different assignment, different capacity, and different season. Your responsibility is not to match someone else’s load, but to be faithful with your own.
And if someone else is not doing what God has called them to do, that’s not yours to carry either. God sees it, and He will deal with each person in His own time and in His own way.
So stay focused on your calling, and trust God with theirs.
Galatians 6:4-5: Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, for each one should carry their own load.
