Into The Fire

“The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.” – Matthew 3:10

As he preached, John the Baptist grabbed the attention of others with the illustration of condemnation and judgement. This provided a clear picture on what is yet to come. It’s plain and simple, if we do not bear good fruit, our future will be horrible. Avoid the ax by allowing Jesus into your heart. Through Him, good fruit exhibiting love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control will flourish.
