The Bible is filled with references where God tells us to stop sinning, yet some of us choose to ignore the warnings. You may be skillful at hiding things from others, but God clearly sees what you are struggling with. How can we ask for mercy if we don’t want to obey the Lord?
“Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.” – Proverbs 28:13
What “harmless, little” sins are you still feeding? We encourage you to make a decision today to completely turn away from them and never go back. Give it all to Jesus and let Him become your focus.
“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord” – Acts 3:19
